The filter arrived for my refrigerator but even though it is the right model number, it does not fit. No luck calling and mailing for information and/or refund.

This was my first experience, and it was not good. To start with, the Blue Parrot B450-XT was advertised on the website as a Hot Deal for $99 (prominent image in the leftmost column of every page of the website with a "click here" button). After trying every possible navigation method to get the $99 hot deal, I gave up and initiated a chat session. Agent explained it was a mistake, but to his credit, he negotiated with me until we reached $104. Ok, not what was advertised, but still a good price. I received an order receipt for that price and thought all is well. 4 days later, after not receiving any shipping notice, I call. Agent puts me on hold, and then comes back to explain that there was a computer glitch and my order will be processed in the next 24-48 hours. If I hadn't called, I don't think my order would ever have been processed. Not honoring the advertised price was one thing, but dropping my order and not offering to expedite the shipment was insult to injury. I'll shop elsewhere the next time.

Good sales staff. Seemed to have what I needed But! I never received an email with shipping or tracking information, as stated on the orders? Further, 4 days later I tried to contact customer service on their 800 number. I got hung up on 2 times and then was on hold for 35 mins before I hung up. I even called back and talked to a sales rep. again. Apparently they do talk to new sales customers! I got put back on hold and no one ever answered. Very Poor after sales support!

Spoke with a customer service rep when ordering. Told me I was all set in stock and ready to ship. 2 days later get a message something's wrong with my phone number?? Call back talk with Keith. Whose name obviously isn't Keith. Work that issue was told the motor is on the way. 2 Days Later hear nothing. Call back. I was informed it's now on backorder. Didn't even tell me doesn't send me a message. Had to find out on my own. Total half hour on hold talked with three different people five phone calls not sure what's going on with Minn Kota Factory Outlet Store.

Ask Sebastian if they could match price of another competitor. Told him what is was and the items. He said yes. Then gave me a price on the invoice that did meet the price. Went back an forth on the chat, Finally got with in $3 of the match. He did not honor his word. Still waiting for my credit card to me adjusted. Not sure I will deal with them again. Very shady . All he had to say was he could not meet the price and that would have been the end of it. He lied just to get the order. I hope the owners monitor the online chats and see how unprofessional this was handled.

I ordered a car charger for my Samsung a10e phone. I spoke to a representative by phone to make sure it was compatible with my phone. She assured me it was. Received it today and it does not fit!

Not the best experience, faulty watch received that didn’t work on so many levels, makes you wonder what their QC process is. Did manage to get a refund eventually but all requests for the special delivery postage costs I paid have been ignored. Don’t bother, buy from a reputable store, the extra ££ is worth it to save you messing about about chasing for your money back

DON'T BUY YOUR PRODUCT FROM Factory Outlet Store. I paid for a product and expedited shipping because I was leaving town. They shipped an accessory over-night, but sent the product 5 days later, long after I was gone. They offered to refund only half of the expediting fee since they expedited the accessory. I ordered another product so I could use it in my new location and returned the extra when I returned, but Factory Outlet Store has refused to give me a refund for the $650 product I returned (which was never opened) despite the fact that I have tracking evidence which proves they received it. Now I am going to have to resort to Legal action to get my money back. What a PITA. NEVER buy from FOS.
