Factoryoutletstore.com (“FOS”) doesn’t really deserve the 1 star but there was no option for minus 10. What a horrible service. I ordered a polar fitness watch. Not only did it take over 10 days to arrive but the watch just didn’t work. So instead of a normal return process FSO requires you to fill out a “claim” online. 3 days later they reply to tell you due to Covid-19 they’re not accepting returns. I’m looking forward to FSO going out of business

I was promised and paid for 2-day express shipping for a Penn Battle II fishing reel. I was told my order would be received Friday 4/10/2020. It was not for which I called and the associate now (Indian) told me I would receive it which I didn't. I called 4/11/2020 after not receiving any shipping or tracking number. This Indian associate told me my order was shipped of which I told them to provide me with shipping information and tracking number by end of business on Saturday they did not send again. I am not happy with this site at all I feel they do fraudulent business and I called my bank this morning to dispute this charge which is still pending on my account and to take whatever action necessary to get my money back. I will never use them again. NEVER lie to a customer is my motto!

DAY 4 THE REVIEW Happy Days!!! Hopefully this is my last review. If you read my earlier reviews you know I like many others have been having problems with the FactoryOutletStore. But I'm happy to report my money has been refunded and my business with them in finished. Its funny how fast they can get things done when you provide a daily review of their activity or lack of! Apparently they don't like it when you shine the light on how they do business. Did I tell you the floor manager from FactoryOutletStore in India called my cell phone and left a message after my DAY 2 review and wanted to me to call back so we could talk about my reviews? Of coarse I didn't feel a need to return his call as they never felt the need to return my calls or emails in a timely manner. I thought he should know how it feels to be ignored. Instead I posted my DAY 3 review. Funny, once again after posting a review guess what happened. I got an email from Trust Pilot. Seems the FactoryOutletStore contacted them and wanted help, claiming they didn't know who was writing the reviews. How can they not know who I am when the floor manager called me on my cell phone yesterday. I guess they wanted something documented with Trust Pilot about how hard they tried to help. Now their just tying to cover their tracks and not look so bad! To all of you still struggling with the black hole called the FactoryOutletStore I suggest you start reviewing them on a daily basis and I think you'll see a much more timely response. This is America and your reviews are your free speech and your only protection against companies that operate like this. Remember you can add a new review every 24 hours. Thanks for your time and I hope my reviews will help others be wary of this company and push the FactoryOutletStore to do business honestly. Good bye and stay safe. ITEM WAY LATE AND VERY POOR SERVICE RESPONSE! I ORDERED MY ITEM ON A SAT, PAID EXTRA FOR 2ND DAY DELIVERY. AFTER GETTING NO RESPONSE OR INFO FROM AN ONLINE SEARCH AT THEIR SITE ON WED, I FINALLY GOT SOMEONE ON THE PHONE THE NEXT DAY THAT SAID IT WAS SHIPPED ON THURSDAY. THATS 4 BUSINESS DAYS/ 5 CALENDAR DAYS AFTER I ORDERED WITH 2ND DAY SHIPPING! THAT SOMEONE ON THE PHONE SOUNDED LIKE THEY WERE IN THE PHILIPPINES AND I COULD BARELY HEAR THEM. I WOULD AVOID THESE JOKERS AT ALL COSTS, I FEEL LIKE THEY ARE LYING AND MISREPRESENTING THEMSELVES. THEY ARE PROBABLY DROP SHIPPING PRODUCTS FROM OVERSEAS WHEN THEY GET THE ORDERS.

Awful experience and one of the worst customer service experience I’ve ever dealt with. I was sent the wrong ram mounts and did not even open the package and wanting to make a simple return and get my refund and after numerous calls, one representative giving me an email to contact turns out to be a fake account and on another occasion the representative refused any returns saying it’s there policy and doing further research they have a 30 day money back guarantee and I’ve had them unopened for 4 days and I asked for a manager and she refused. Horrible horrible service and company, spend your money else where that actually values people and service.

False advertising. I ordered a product that FactoryOutletStore said was in stock and would ship within 2-5 days. After waiting 10 days and not getting shipping information, i checked my credit card and they had charged me for the product the day I had ordered it. I tried their automated process to check on my order but it kept coming back with no information. So I called them. The person that I talked with said the order was on hold until more items came in stock. So I asked him when were they expecting stock replenishment. The person said at this time all stock replenishment orders are on hold. He also told me that when I order the product they were taking future orders. I told him that the website did not state that. Also I said you charged my credit card when you have not provided a service which is illegal. He could not give me any answers so i just canceled the order. They sent an email to me stating the order was canceled. I checked my account and I do not have a credit to my account on what they charged me. I guess I will be calling them again to sort out this issue.

First they said I would receive my item in 2-5 days. Then after 2 days waiting for the tracking I emailed them. Never heard anything. Then I decided to call. The automation said they were experiencing too many phone calls so I left my number for them to call me back. I was super happy to see them calling me back but there wasn’t anyone there. I called again and left my number again. Nothing... emailed them again. Nothing. Then the next day at 4:30 A.M. they emailed me a generic excuse why it hasn’t shipped yet. I sent them 3 emails and called them twice leaving my number. I received back one email and a phone call back with no one there. Then I decided to use the chat feature from their website. I argued with their customer service person for a bit. That person said 2-5 for them to process, dispatch, whatever.... and then 2-5 days shipping after that. Then added if not sooner....? Don’t tell me that crap you used car salesmen... I’m fuming at this point and then ask the person shouldn’t your website say up to 10 days? And then asked if I could cancel my order and get a refund. The person asked me to hold. Then ever 3 minutes strung me along with “please hold” and “sorry for the delay” this went on for about 15 minutes. I then asked why I was being held up. The person said it had been dispatched and they were checking. I said “ok” to give them a break. I got one more of their responses saying “sorry for the delay” and then the chat was cut off!!! I waited for a phone call or an email. Nothing. Opened up the chat again. Got back in touch with them. And then asked what they figured it out. They had a smart response telling me when I ordered it. Then they said it has been dispatched. I decided not to continue to beat up this person anymore. Probably just some poor kid. I ordered $350 worth of radio equipment from them because they advertised fast shipping. That’s the only reason. Im getting ready to order another $350 but it won’t be from these people. It’s been 4 days now and I haven’t even got confirmation of it shipping yet. My friend bought almost the exact same radio from a different company and ordered it a day after I ordered from this company. He received his today. I’m sitting here hoping they might find the time to ship it this week so I can’t get it by the end of next week. Again... I will not be buying from these people again. If feel like I was deceived from the get go. I know for sure their customer service and communication are the worst I have ever experienced.
