I purchased a defective softphone headset …
I purchased a softphone headset that was defective, they flatly refuse to take returns yet they advertise on their website that returns are easy. In trying to get there attention which was hard I did speak to a couple different customer support reps who were apologetic but said they just are not taking returns, I've never heard anything quite so blattent! Not ethical and or they are getting ready to go bankrupt.

Placed my order April 9 promised 2-5 days delivery After several calls I was told the 23 Fedex finally sent me an email for the 25 on a Saturday late on the day. I have no faith in the Factory Outlet store at all and will not buy from them again!

I went on the web site and was looking for a battery for my laptop so I solicited assistance through the chat service and gave all the necessary info to the chat person who then gave me a specific model for the battery. I placed the order and received the battery in a few days. However they sent the wrong battery, their error. I then had to ship the battery back at my expense and then received a credit for less than the original price that I paid. This company has no customer service and is very disingenuous in their practices. Never buy anything from them because they are only their to take your money with bad customer service policies!

Purchased a United States car GPS unit …FactoryOutletStore.com Contacted me and refunded the rest of the purchase price. I was still out the shipping cost to return the Non US unit that they sent me.
Purchased a United States car GPS unit from factoryoutletstore.com . Got the unit and tried to set it up. First page in set up is choose a language. The only English choices were grayed out. Tried the chat with customer service, who told me to call the manufacturer. I found out GPS was for a different country. Called the customer service line 4 times in 2 days at a minimum 30 minutes wait each time. Each time as soon as I mentioned I had a problem I was disconnected. So in the end No Customer Service. I sent it back at my expense and they charged me on top of that. Cost me $31.00 for there mistake! Ripped Off!

I purchases dewalt batteries that has 1 year warrenty, with it I also purchased extended warrenty 2 additional years. When I called for replacment, the represantetive told me that the battery was not OEM and only had 90 days warranty not 1 year like dewalt. Beware these people are bait and switch, I would never again buy anything from them again...

My order was shipped incomplete
My order was shipped incomplete. I tried the online chat and provided my order number they simply responded with send an email to customer support. I did that and they wanted pictures of the packaging and contents ( I had already sent a copy of the packing list which clearly showed only 1 of 3 items shipped). I sent pictures of the packaging and the pack list again, finally a week later that were requesting the items to be REshipped. That would imply they were shipped once which they were not. Still waiting for tracking information. In addition their order status tracking lacks any relevant detail. There is no itemization of the order, just that it has been processed and awaiting tracking information when ships.

Last time I order from this company
Last time I order from this company. Told twice that my order had been shipped. After three week for a order that was supposed to be in stock I was told it was our of stock and I'd have to wait another three weeks or so. Tired of getting lied to so I canceled my order. Didn't seem to bother the customer service person - must happen quite often. In reply to the Factory Stores excuse below. Quit using Covid-19 as an excuse for poor customer service. If I'd been told the first time I called that it was on back order - OK I've a choice wait or cancel. But to be lied to twice by customer service is inexcusable.
