What a horrible experience. I never received my merchandise and trying to get a refund is proving to be impossible. Kind of like the Steve Miller Band song "Take the money and Run".

I purchased a uniden udr744hd .when I got it one of cameras didnt work.I called customer service. The lady said I had to email them to get a return label. I called back because I wasnt getting one after a email.The man said that I could return exchange the camera,then he said I couldn't. He said a return label will be emailed to me.I never got it. I paid through paypal,so I filled a dispute with PayPal. PayPal contacted factory outlet ONLY THEN I got a return label. I will never buy from factory outlet. Com again. The customer service in returns are incompetent. The 2 ppl I talked to acted like they had no clue on what to do to do a return. I spent 307.00. Thank God I used paypal,they are helping me return and get my money back. BEWARE IF YOU HAVE A RETURN.

They will give you the round around and not do a return. So make sure you buy the correct item. Bad business I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.

I ordered a refurbished headset, in the description it states it is over the head and over the ear. No where did they say you have to order the over the head part separate. When you purchase one new the part comes in the box but I guess this is their way of nickel and dimeing people. When chatting on line with Kenneth it was obvious that they do not care about customer service or being helpful. We purchase a lot of headsets every year for our customers, I was trying to find a source for refurbished to try to reduce cost for our customers. This company will not be getting anymore of my business. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Don’t touch this site. Since placing my order 6 days ago, it’s still just sat at “processed for shipping”. Absolutely no communication with me since the order was placed and confirmed. No response to customer emails sent to their Customer Service email address. Appalling lack of customer care. An utter shambles. Go and shop somewhere else, like I will now have to whilst trying to get my money back from this store.

I have tried to contact someone about returning a defective wall charger that I purchased. Plus the charger I received wasn't the one I ordered. No one seems to want to return my emails so I can return this wall charger for a replacement with the correct wall charger or refund of my money. Very poor customer service.

Since End of April (6 weeks) I´m waiting for getting back my money. The company did not sent any order confirmation for weeks. This is why I tryed to contact them. Contact was impossible: - per mail I got the automatic Answer:"We try to answer within 24 h". 72 h later I´ve still received no answer. Per chat: "eastimated waiting time 10 min". 2 h later, still no anser. First after making a bad review: 3 h later an email by garmin service. But not concerning my problem, just for the bad review. So I tried to cancel the purchase. Still no reaction to this mail and no shippment. I was still not sure about if this shop is real or just a fake shop stealing my money. In the meantime I bought the tracker in another store. After weeks the factory outlet soter sent the tracker, but I refused to accept the package from UPS. So the tracker went back to garmin outlet factory in end of April. Now at June 7th and after about 8 mails from myself Garmin still refuses to pay back my money, allthough I´ve not accepted the shippment. In the meantime I guess the shop can be real. But still just stole my money and refuses to give back.
