Said i would get my product within 13 days. Its been a nearly a month and still no tracking info.

Said 2-5 day delivery on May 4, 2020 as I placed my order. They charged my credit card that very same day. I call a week later and: 1) They are out at least 1-2 weeks backordered (while Amazon shows 5 weeks). 2) Then I ask to speak to a manager, and after a long wait, I'm told they will no longer be selling hair trimmers, ever. 3) I ask how the item can be back ordered for 1-2 weeks if they are no longer selling hair trimmers. Those are opposites. 4) Note I never received an email that my order was to be delayed. 5) Of course, I only ordered it in the first place because they said it would be delivered in a maximum of one week, two days before I had an interview. 6) My guess is they take 100's or 1000's of orders, knowing they do not have the products in stock, promise a short delivery time, charge people's credit cards, then wait it out. 7) To me that very simply sounds like fraud and deceit. 8) Off to the Federal Bureau of Consumer Protection to file a complaint. May 22 update. Gary from customer service (800-816-0810 Ext 0166) called yesterday. Good news! We have your product in stock. (A month early). We will ship it to you if you agree to delete your negative review. I said if they shipped it I would add that info to my review. Long wait while he discussed it with his superiors. Then says they will offer me $10 off OR 2 day shipping, but only if I delete my negative review. Note this product was due to me 12 days ago latest, they charged me the day they took the order, and they have done nothing but lie. I said No. Next, filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Worst company I've dealt with in years, a huge statement. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Customer Service - What customer service? I would start by saying that if there has been an option to give 0 stars, then I would do. I appreciate that with COVID-19, there may be delays in responding to emails, but to totally ignore 5 or more emails, and 2 return request tickets is unacceptable. I have now waited for 14 days, and still no response. Have you guys heard of the distance selling regulations. Hiding behind not replying to the emails is not the way to go. You really need to get your act together, and sort out replying. While you are at it, sort out your SEO. The watch I brought was advertised on Google as one thing, and when it arrived was another. My advice is dont buy from these as when things are wrong you dont stand a chance of getting anything sorted. Perhaps this review may get you to respond.

Really poor return service. Refused to cancel, and now refuse to refund or allow return. This email I got from them is comical: "We can be able to process a refund once order will be returned back to us. But we are not accepting returns due to Covid 19."

I don't like being FORCED TO give a review before I get the product.

Ordered a cable, no info for 11 days. When I called, I was informed the item was on back order and to expect another 7-10 day wait. Cancelled order. Will never conduct business with this business again.

Customer service sucks! Spent over 300.00 on products that no one can tell me when will receive said order number not good, received it from factory outlet them selves 4th time on phone on hold without any one picking up after supposedly transferred. I'm reporting this to pay pal as fraud and reporting them to BBB as well. Total crap.

Following my review on Trust Pilot, FactoryOutletStore got in touch to say they wanted to put things right and that, according to Sean, if I returned the watch they would refund within 2 days of receiving and the money would be with me in "2-5 business days". The item was returned and received by them. I tracked the item back. However, no refund has been received within the time frame they specified.. The company does not respond to my emails. They seem intent on adding insult to injury. I can only repeat my previous warning to tread very carefully if you get involved with this company.
