Horrible company. Terrible customer service. Dont buy from this company if you want piece of mind in the product you are purchasing. They do no stand behind their policies!!

Item received POOR Quality, not as pictured on site
Ordered a Dyson replacement filter. Item received is not as pictured and is poor quality. Don't have original packaging, can't return. Deceptive advertising, would NOT recommend or order anything from this site again.

Customer service lines don’t work
Customer service lines don’t work, tracking system doesn’t work so I didn’t know where my package is, don’t know if my package was mailed or when I will get it. Might cancel my order with my credit card. I WILL NEVER USE FACTORY OUTLET AGAIN ORDER # 10376111

I feel very upset with this store
I feel very upset with this store, I ordered my trolling motor, 11 days ago and they have not sent me my product yet, they are very quick to collect money from customers, but their response is extremely inefficient, despite having sent several emails , to which he responds by referring me to another team, also called and his response was that the next day they would send me the package and even to this date they still do not send my product, I feel very dissatisfied with this store ...

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND
HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this company, they are not reputable, they want your money but don't stand behind what they say. Prior to purchasing I couldn't reach anybody on 800#, per chat, was told they offer 30 day return policy on new purchases, non opened same packaging etc. I purchased 2 GPS`s, upon arrival it wasn't what I needed, called the 800# no return calls, the messaging says to go online and download a RA. The info is not there, I reached out via chat to be told they are not taking returns and immediately got cut off. Tried chat again was told by a different person they offer 30 day return policy, told them my issue they said to reach out to customer service via email, did that, got a response a few days later to find they will not take my return. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Their Customer Service department is useless
Their Customer Service department is absolutely useless and that's putting it politely!! I order a product 3 days ago and still no update as to when my item will be dispatched.I was kept on the phone for over an hour to get an order status update; only to be told my order will be forwarded to the order status team!! I will not be ordering from this company again and would urge anyone considering purchasing from them to reconsider!!

Thought I was buying a minn Kota trolling motor on 4/30/20 ...... its now 5/19/20 ALL of a sudden they are on back order!!!!!!! Also they took my money..... has it been transformed back to my account........NO!!!!!! PLEASE....... PLEASE read these true reviews!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY Anything from this company!!!!!

I bought filters for my refrigerator…
Update: After posting this review I received a phone call almost immediately offering a credit. Thankfully, the problem has been resolved, but not after an enormous waste of everyone's time. Motto of the story: Do it right or do it again. I bought filters for my refrigerator and they don't work. The refrigerator doesn't recognize them and will not dispense water with this unit in place. I tried calling them to return it and their staff can barely speak English. Both times they said they had to transfer me (despite me having chosen the correct option on their phone tree) and both times I waited on hold for over five minutes and then got hung up on. Then I tried to chat with them and I kept getting a message that "I'll be right with you", yet they never came to help me. Bottom line: Product doesn't work, customer service doesn't work, returns don't work.
