I need a 0 below for this craps! I returned the item! I called like 6 times and everytime i ask for my credit return they just hang up the call! Stay away !

Hello, customer service ... are you there?
On April 4th I ordered some vacuum cleaner bags which promptly showed up. Two months pass and the trouble starts. I received an email telling me they have discovered a duplicate order and want to know what to do with it. I email back that I have no pending orders with them. No response. A week later I get a receipt and a thank you for my order but the receipt is dated April 4th. I called the customer service number but an automated response stated the wait was long and I could get a call-back without losing my place in line. An hour later I sent an email to customer service because there was no call-back yet. A week later there still hasn’t been a call by the way. Yesterday I got an email from them stating they have discovered a duplicate order. The circle is now complete. There has not been any response from customer service by phone or email. I have to conclude there is no customer service. Will they ship an unwanted order to me and charge me? I have no idea because communicating with them is like talking to a rock.

I wish there was a way to post negitive…
I wish there was a way to post negitive stars as that is what I would rate them as. I placed an order for two Makita drill batteries on 5/22/2020. I have not received the batteries as of 6/4/2020. Communication with them has been almost impossible. The one time I did get ahold of some one he was impossible to under stand. When I asked to talk to some in the USA which is my right he said he was from NY. I did not believe him. I just called and canceled the card I had given them when I placed the order. Luckily, though it said on the invoice it had been charged to my card even though it had not been. Thankfully for that as I did not have to go through having to dispute the charges.

Customer service is non-existent.
Customer service is non-existent and when you finally have contact they provide inaccurate information. Had to dispute charges (after a month) and finally got $$$ back from credit card charge. They represent they are resellers for Plantronics. Plantronics has no clue as to what the relationship and is no help! Will never order anything from Factory Outlet again!

supposed to be delivered 2-5 days
supposed to be delivered 2-5 days, 12 days later, NOT HERE!! Tried tracking , no information available!?? SUCKS!! 6 days after this review I received a reply from factoryoutketstore.com saying" they truly regret that my experience didn't turn out as expected" and" their goal is to ensure our customers are completely satisfied" and had a number I could call anytime between 9am and 6pm. So I called and they were not available, go figure! and it's now 18 days and counting! like I said, this sucks!!

What should have been a very easy straightforward purchase has been a customer service failure
Had many problems receiving my order. Had to call more than 7 times and kept being put off. Never received the order and was given incomplete information about about how to pursue a refund. They would not reship when it was obvious that there was a delivery problem. THey would Had to purchase from another store. They stated several times that an investigation was being done and someone would get back to me - no one contacts me and I have to call back again. They turned what should have been a very easy straightforward purchase into a customer service failure. Delivery issues happen but how a merchant handles it is what separates good merchants from bad merchants.

Wow these guys are really bad
Wow these guys are really bad. DO NOT USE. I order electronics and one of the items I ordered was missing from the box. They were totally unhelpful and unprofessional. They said there was nothing they could do, but send a picture of the box and in two weeks they will get back to me.
