FactoryOutletStore.com Reviews | Factory Outlet StoreReviews of factoryoutletstore.com

This is an update to my previous device

things were quite easy for an old guy of 90.

For me it was very easy to order this phone.

I purchased three Samsung water filters, matching my model number to the recommended filters on the Factory Outlet site. When I replaced the Samsung brand filter, I noted that the replacement was round instead of square, and after I installed it, it caused my refrigerator to leak. I called the customer service line, and they will not refund my purchase price, even though they guarantee 100% compatibility. Unfortunately, I purchased these for a seasonal home, and when I determined they didn’t work, it was beyond the 30 day return limit. I would NEVER purchase anything from this website, and recommend no one else does. UPDATE: I received a call from Jasmine, the floor supervisor, who will make a one-time exception and refund the purchase price. Because of this, I am changing my review from a one-start to a four-star.

All went well except that information regarding the Garmin DriveSmart 65 With Traffic did not include information that showed that the power/FM receiver cable was included with the unit.

tHIS WAS SUPER EASY TO USE. THANK YOU.

Very easy to find the battery and purchase quickly

I'm doing this review before I receive my phone and batteries so this is a website/customer service review at this point. Taking the previous info into consideration your website offers good information and customer assistance. Thank you very much! CB
