At first I called the phone number to order a Philips Norelco Adapter cord, but I became apprehensive when the first man I talked to transferred me to another man, both were polite, but with an accent that I had a little trouble understanding. When I asked where they were located, the first man said New York; the second man when asked him that question, he said, Long Island, New York. Then when I said, "I think I'll online instead", he offered me a reduced price of $12.50. So I am sorry to say, I became suspicious and thought it might be a scam. So I declined to order on the phone. Thank you for filling my order for the Adapter cord for my Norelco shaver S5355, which is working fine. I just misplaced the cord, and miss using my Norelco shaver!
