However, upon reviving the complaint, we launched a full review of the order. Currently, due to COVID-19, we are facing some unexpected issues that are out of our hands. We are working around the clock to try and improve these issues. We updated our return policy going into effect on April 1st, 2020, that FactoryOutletStore was no longer accepting returns. A policy that is widespread among retailers currently, to protect the customers and also the employees. However, We have sent the shipping label to return the merchandise.
