Dear Valued Customer, To Whom It May Concern First, we would like to thank you for shopping with the FactoryOutletStore & we apologize your order experience did not go as expected. Upon receiving the complaint we launched a full review of your order. We found your mattress was delivered on 07/24/2020. Unforurently due to COVID-19 our warehouse has been experiencing delays in getting our shipments in. However, we have received confirmation your free accessory pack will be going out today but the mattress protector is still on a BO and we do not have an ETA for it. Hence we will update a $50.00 discount. We would also like to mention that FactoryOutletStore does not tolerate our agents disrespecting customers. We did review all phone calls and found no evidence of any such behavior.
