In close, we are part ways. They have tell me “we are allow you to keep the Magellan GPS unit and refund you the full amount”. Well, $79.00 is NOT full amount...I pay $101.49 total, $36.00 in return postage for first defective unit and they are “allow me” to keep the second “defective” Magellan GPS unit but have sent me email as well cancel the 3 year warranty they gave me, so I can’t have repair anywhere, except my expense. So...it’s trash. Their insure will cover “loss of defective unit”. Ask me why I not reach out to technical support....ummm...did!!! Was never respond except to return unit, MY expense only!!! Darren was his name, and told will not refund my postage because THEY provide postage pay labels...please see email below! BEYOND upset! I am disable and budget! I would give ZERO stars if I could. Looking for Norelco replacement shaver heads, did a LIVE CHAT with Customer Service, and I purchased the set they directed me to. Not even close! Contacted them to correct, they didn't even sell the right heads anymore, and they BILLED me shipping and restocking to return the ones they TOLD me to get! TOTAL RIP-OFF! Do NOT trust their 'Customer Service'! Worthless, and cost me money.

This has been the worst internet purchasing experience ever! They lost the original order for a Garmin product ($>400), then lost the product. I have been trying to get a refund or credit for over a week, call every day, and keep getting "can you wait another 2 days" delay tactic. According to Federal Express, the item has been at a local distributor for over 10 days. Perhaps Factory Outlet is not paying there bills to Federal Express. Now going to VISA to claim fraud. Will also notify Garmin of the same.

The website indicates that products are in stock. After paying for expedited shipping come to find out their products are on back order. No notification of any back orders. Representatives are not helpful. Do not trust that you will receive the orders placed.

Unfortunately I have no option for a quarter star! Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had.. Save yourself some big headaches and shop elsewhere. All you hear from this place is empty promises for delivery and apologies! I’ve been calling in for weeks to find out where my delivery’s at and could not get answers.. and the customer service is the worst, of course their names are American names... imagine that! I have asked to talk to a manager several times and every time it’s they will call you back.. not one call back. I could keep writing about my very bad experience shopping here but I’ve wasted enough time with this company... all I can say is don’t buy here! UPDATE TO MY REVIEW! I just realized I was sold a much cheaper quality mattress! Here is the story.. Do not buy here! I went to a friends lake house and fell in love with their recently purchased mattress, I immediately started shopping for the exact one. I had the exact model# brand all the info needed to get that specific mattress. When I was doing the chat I gave all that info to the "Ivan" on the other end and he said they had the mattress and was priced right, so I ordered it. This is where the nightmare begins. After numerous calls to the FactoryOutletStore.Com I could never get straight answers or was I able to speak to a supervisor. After a few weeks of wasting time with this company my mattress finally delivered. It was no where as comfy as the one I slept on in the lake house. I'm thinking maybe a couple weeks of break in, but I was the first to sleep on the mattress at my friends house. They went there this weekend, unfortunately I couldn't go because I'm behind on work because I spent countless hours trying to get my money back on this purchase. I had my friends take photos of the mattress and what was shipped to me was a mattress I could of bought right down the street for $250-$300 less.. totally a bait and switch. Save yourself my headache. I went to review them on Google and reviews were blocked... I wonder why? I hope the world reads this aND not another person gets scammed out of their money. Happy Mattress Hunting!

Bad, bad, bad experience we were told 14 day for delivery. Everytime we called we got apologies but not deliver date then we got a call for delivery on Sunday, no delivery, the don't work on Sundays, called Monday, received a delivery date for the following Sunday. Called and cancelled order, was told not to dispute the transactions with my bank as it would take longer for refund. Called Bank and was told that they tried to change my account two times for the same order. Very dishonest people think twice before doing business with them.

Bought 3 furnace filters for $110 that were supposed to be MERV 13. They are absolute junk They had NO hint of who manufactured them and the MERV 13 was hand stamped randomly on the filters. They were flimsier than the MERV 8 that I had in there. I was going to return them, but between their 15% restocking fee and fedex wanting $50 to send them back, it just wasn’t worth it. This was a flat out ripoff. Zero star rating. Never shopping here again!

Paid for priority shipping expecting quick shipping. 4 days later package was shipped ground and priority shipping cost reimbursed. Why do you think I paid for a premium shipping service? Right, I wanted it fast. So you do not deliver and take the easier path, affect the customer. What a poor service. Will never buy again from this site.
