I ordered 2 Garmon plus 4cv fish/depth finder units and only recieved one and when I call all they can say is send pictures of the box. Ummmm hello the picture is gonna say the same.thing there is only one. So I'm out $200 and cant take the fishing trip I had planned for my vacation at least not like it should have been, buy somewhere else dont get ripped off

The customer service leaves MUCH lacking
The products are as expected, mainly. One of my purchases was nearly destroyed in shipping, box was thrashed, product unharmed ......... the customer service ...... POOR at best. Many phone calls, many promises, sad follow up. Unless you know exactly what you want .......don’t buy from here.

NOT ACCREDITED BY BBB. BE WARNED
FIRST OF ALL, know that this company is NOT accredited by the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. Ordered RAM mounts and told one part was not in stock and back ordered. Said the other part was. So I cancelled out of stock item and said ship the other. I was charged, and then waited...........after a month they said THAT part was back ordered also, but I had paid for it already. Cancelled whole order and now VISA working on getting credited for me. *September 18, 2020- credit issued*

Product not representative of what was sold
Their website listed a product as "brand new", however, when I received the package the seals were broken and parts were missing. When I contacted them they gave me an email to deal with. All they want to do is give me missing parts and are not concerned at all that this is a used item. Stay away from this website. After the fact, they did give a 3 year warranty on a used piece of equipment which they misrepresented as “brand new” and charged me a brand new price. I offered to keep the equipment at a used price. But they refuse to acknowledge the offer.

Poor Customer Service
I ordered a Lowrance Elite 7 Fishfinder. When I ordered, there was no backlog listed on this model. Two weeks went by and not receiving anything, I went on-line to track my order. I used the last 4 digits on my cc and delivery zip code to locate, and the response was it didn't exist. With concern, I called and the rep was able to locate my order and stated it was on back order and couldn't tell me when I would receive. I decided to cancel as they are too busy to serve all their customers.

Outdated return policy for defective items
We ordered wireless headphones from this store. They were "defective-on-arrival". Ok, this can happen. However, we then became acquainted with their cumbersome return policy, which involves arranging and paying for the return shipment yourself, even if the product was defective. In our view, this is not how customers should be treated.

Items take 2 weeks just to ship.
It has been 9 days and the item I ordered has not even been shipped yet. I enrolled asking what is taking so long, the replied 2 days later that the order has been released to the warehouse and I will be notified when it ships. I would of never ordered from them if I had known it would of taken 2 weeks to get it. Terrible.
