I placed an order on 9/12/20. On the morning of 9/16/20 at 9:48am I received an email asking me to contact customer service regarding my order. I Cally and spoke to Abby. He was questioning why I had two addresses. I explained I own more than 1 home and was having my product shipped to my cabin. He said it was a fraud control check. I explained that it should not have taken 4 days to reach out to me to verify this information as I was expecting to receive my order by the 16th or 17th for a trip I was leaving for the morning of the 18th. Abby mention that his department had sent a couple of other emails before the 16th. That was a flat out lie. I’ve been through all my email boxes/trash/spam, nothing from them until the morning of the 16th. The problem with this is I used Paypal and Factory Outlet had already been paid for my order. They held up my order based on an assumption of fraud before fraud had even occurred. Now I don’t have the product that I ordered to be delivered in plenty of time for my trip. I also asked now that they were satisfied with my two addresses if they could overnight my order. I was told “no”. Order from anywhere else than Factory Oulet! Update- 9/23/20 I still have not received my order... If you read the response from Factory Outlet to my original complaint, they agree with me in acknowledging that they assume fraud has taken place when it has not.

Terrible customer service. They sent me a broken Plantronics headset and then refused to send me a label to return the device for a refund. When I asked for them to resend it, they refused. I am having to dispute through Paypal to get my money back. Order from someone else.

I paid for my mattress and it was never shipped! Then they could not find it. Then I could not even get an answer while on the phone. They are making me wait another 2 days to even get an answer. I am cancelling. HORRIBLE customer service. Do not BUY from them.

Placed order on phone 09/04/20 for Minn Kota Riptide Terrova Trolling motor. Told if I placed order now, it would be processed in less than 1hour. Ship to me in 2-5 days. Told faster than if i placed online. What a mistake!! Called after 7days told it had been dispatched but no tracking info.(by Nell) I asked if I cancel order. No! it has been dispatched, But no tracking info. I explained I wanted a tracking number or cancel the order. Offered an extended warranty! if you have no trolling motor what good is extended warranty? Two hours later chatted with (Daisy) online too see if order could be canceled. Answered NO, it has bee dispatched. Called customer service to escalate my concern with manager. Oscar assured me that - where they dispatched my order was out of stock, there for I will be emailed a copy of the canceled order and a refund would be issued by or on 09/14/20 if not PLEASE call back. There needs to be rules put in place that a supplier can not bill for something they DO NOT have. If my company operated this way I would have been out of business long ago. Sorry for ever calling. Shame on ME!

I’m waiting for my refund for a purchase that I ordered almost a month ago, that you say is on back order. You should not of debited my card if you did not have the item in stock. This is no way to do business. I emailed you a few days for my refund and I got no answer, I guess my card company will have to handle this.

Ordered a gps watch from factory outlet store, with 1-2 days to process order and 2-3 days delivery. 10 days later no watch!! Make inquiries and am assured it has been dispatched, albeit 6 days late, and am provided with a UPS tracking number. UPS tracking after 3 days say they are still waiting to receive the item from factory outlet store. I have raised the issue with customer services several times now, with responses ranging from that’s all the information we have to just being plain ignored. I have been promised emails and a call from a supervisor none of which has happened, their whole attitude says they couldn’t care less. This is the worst online shopping experience I have had in 20 years, with no real attempt to assist me or resolve the problem, Still no watch. I feel Let down and bitterly disappointed. The irony is that the item was cheaper on amazon but I preferred to give the business to the factory outlet store......a mistake I won’t repeat. Incompetent, haphazard, shambolic, Ineffective. Avoid disappointment and shop elsewhere.

I ordered 3 of the dewalt dc9182 xrp li-ion replacement batteries from there website. Before I ordered them, I called to see where they were manufactured, I was told USA, and was told they had them in stock. The dc9182 is more of a rectangle battery, they showed the replacement battery was black with blue release tabs, and rectangle body. When my shipment came in, they were the old style oval batteries, with a made in China label on them. I sent an email with a picture of my battery, the battery they sent me and a picture of the battery on there website that I ordered. They sent me a return label and said I would get right batteries sent to me when I returned wrong ones. Well, I got the replacement ones in today, and they are still old style oval batteries. I called back, and was told they don't carry the one that is in the picture. So, don't trust there pictures of there batteries. I am waiting on my return label, will be buying correct ones from another source. I don't know how to comment on the response I got. So I will ask it here, why did I receive wrong batteries on second shipment?

Orders cannot be cancelled even if attempted to cancel within hours of making the order. You will speak with a representative from India. Once you receive the order you can return it, less profit, handling, shipping and other miscellaneous charges.
