Your web site is rather annoying to use. Too many pop-ups. When I try to close them they either open another pop-up or it just pops back up immediately. Almost bought somewhere else just for this reason.

I ordered a refurnished heart rate…
I ordered a refurnished heart rate monitor and received it. It worked intermittently, so I held onto it to see if I could change the battery and get it to work consistently. It did not. By the time I called about returning it, it has passed 90 days, so I could not return it. I am not impressed with the refurbished item
