We, currently, have one of your Model 1822 telephones. We have been experiencing problems with receiving all of the incoming phone calls. On about 20 to 25% of the calls, no one answers? Talking with various callers afterwards they tell us that they were unable to get through to us. No one answered them either? We had two different AT&T techs check out our line. They both told us that there was no problem with the line. They said that the problem was, most likely, with the Model 1822 telephone that we leased from you. In the past, when we have had problems with this leased phone you replaced it, at no cost to us. We were impressed by your backing up your equipment while in service to your customers when it failed. However, when we called to have this one replaced, you said, "That this model is obsolete and that we would have to buy a new telephone, at our cost, to replace it." So, when the original Model 1822 fails you do not replace it and charge your customers the cost for a new phone!
