Upon investigation, we found that your order for a headset was shipped without a carry case. We would like to inform you that a carry case is not included with the headset package, it needs to be purchased separately. Since then we have updated a $15.00 discount as a courtesy. Although we always strive to minimize this time frame, in this case, the order being placed over the weekend there was an unfortunate delay.
