hey are completly unresponsive if you have an issue with your order. They are quick to ship and charge you but if you need help post sale, you can forget it.

Placed an order in late December 2023. Today is March 267th. As of this date I still haven't received my order. They only communication has been initiated by me. The response has been consistent in that there's been a delay.

14 February ordered product has not arrived so far!! The letters are not answered. No connection option!

I purchased a refurbished Garmin watch via Factory Outlet Store. Sadly, I couldn't get the watch hands to move to the correct time. I spent quite a long time trying to fix this as I really like the watch. I filled out the return form 3 March and have had really slow response. Over a week on one email and they didn't not answer my question. The email was basically a stock email. I have written yet another email, but I am a bit worried that this isn't going to be resolved quickly, or the exchange watch that they have suggested will also not work or not be the correct style/colour as my original.

I tried for over two days to get information on if the product I ordered had shipped or if I could get a tracking number so that I would know when it would arrive. I never have issues with deliveries but did not want something that cost over $1800.00 just sitting outside on my porch. I tried the online chat first, more than a couple times and waited almost a couple days without response. I then called sales support a number of times and was disconnected. The last time was over and hour and then hung up on me. I then tried to just call someone in sales and still no answer. I am beginning to wonder if they are a scam. Now, a couple more days later, they have still not answered any requests but are able to send me advertising, twice. I have contacted my credit card bank and turned it over to their fraud department.

Boa tarde Comprei um estendal neste site e vi que tinha selo de confiança, por isso arrisquei. O artigo foi entregue a outra pessoa numa estação de CTT de Albufeira que nada tem a ver com a minha morada. Já enviei inúmeros emails e mensagens no Messenger do Facebook na página desta empresa e NUNCA obtive resposta. Paguei.por um produto e não o recebi . Gostaria que analisassem esta situação e a tentassem resolver. Obrigada Maria Silva

I ordered a Norelco Shaver open box and they sent it by USPS with tracking and no insurance, when USPS didn't deliver to the my home address; Customer service couldn't replace or refund my money. I was told to put a claim in with the bankcard company for my refund due to non-delivery.

I bought a refurbished product (Bluetooth headset) in March 2023. I did not get around to using it for several months which is on me. The product they sent me does not work. Because they sent me a defective product I decided to contact them. They did return my call a few times. I then called the specific person back, who had called me and used the phone number and extension he provided in his voicemail. I left him a voicemail and waited about a week and a half. They did not return my call. I called them again and again had to leave a voicemail. Just trying to reach someone to discuss the matter has been difficult and frustrating. After submitting this review, I received a phone call. The representative offered to give me a good deal on a new headset. I found this absurd. Why would I spend more money at a company that sold me a defective product? I requested an exchange but that wasn't allowed. I also requested to speak to this person's boss but was told they don't speak to customers at that level. That was the end of our conversation. I encourage you to not buy from this company as they sell defective products and do not test them sufficiently.
