Unfair...poor response!!! RESOLVED WITH GOOD RESULTS!!!
Ordered phone batteries which they said would be delivered in 2 to 5 days....after not receiving them after about a week and a half..I called and was told they were on back order...they said they e-mailed (we never received an e-mail) and that they should be in in another week....we finally received the batteries only to find out they sent us the wrong ones...called and they argued with me about what they sent and I told them it was not what we ordered and we needed to cancel the order and send them back...we were told we would have to pay a restocking fee to return the batteries...WHY??? YOU SENT THE WRONG PRODUCT ..WE FILLED OUT YOUR RETURN PAPERWORK STATING... WE WANTED A FULL REFUND AND THE COST OF MAILING....THEY REFUNDED $27,75 WHICH IS $17.55 LESS THAN WE PAID...THIS PRACTICE IS SHAMEFUL....WHAT A RIP OFF....IF I JUST DECIDED I DIDN'T WANT THE PRODUCT THEN I COULDN'T COMPLAIN....BUT THIS WAS YOUR MISTAKE!!!!!! UPDATE: WHEN THE COMPANY SAW OUR COMPLAINT THEY RESPONDED THE NEXT DAY AND REIMBURSED US FOR THE REMAINING BALANCE...IT WAS NICE TO SEE A COMPANY OWN UP TO THEIR MISTAKE...WE THANK THEM.
