$25.00 cheaper on Amazon
$25.00 cheaper on Amazon but couldn't get it for a month. Bit the bullet, but see no reason why factory direct store should be more than Amazon. Also, unless you live in a mini home or jail cell - you will need an extender to get any kind of range.

I was filling in my credit card…
I was filling in my credit card address, which does not match the shipping address, and the system kept moving the cursor over to the shipping form! I was exasperated. It would be helpful to add on the form that telephone nos. should be all in numeric figures, no parentheses and no dashes. Thank you for asking. I had to buy two toothbrushes because my son said the one Smart 5000 plus another toothbrush for his wife was not something they would like. Both want their own toothbrush. He thought Oral - B was at Costco, but I bought the Smart 5000 at Fred Meyer. Thank you again. Happy Holidays.

Promo code was confusing
Promo code was confusing. I was not sure I would spend $100 -- so skipped the offer. Shopped and got to amount over $100. So thought could find Promo on the checkout. WRONG. And CSV was little help. So I signed out and back in and clicked the Promo that time and reordered. Sure not a way to run an efficient process.
