I purchased a Minn Kota trolling motor and extended warranty from this Pakistani owned business in November 2020. It had major issues and as I attempted to return it I was told (and confirmed) there would be a $500.00 (that’s right FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS) “re-box” fee! Minn Kota got involved and they rescinded their outrageous fee! Bottom line is ultimately Minn Kota is sending me a replacement motor and I have attempted to contact Factory Outlet store to transfer the extended warranty from the old unit to the new one. When I emailed them I was told via email to call the. I began calling at 0810 Thursday Feb 18. It is now 0843 and I have literally been hung up on 9 times and have been holding 12 minutes on my most recent redial! Minn Kota has been outstanding in their successful effort to resolve this. The hyenas at Factory Outlet Store are the worst I have ever experienced in my life...period!

This is a bad company with bad customer service. and dishonest employees... located in India- not in the US. My documents below confirm the poor reply to my request and receiving my order I have attached copies of all my orders in chronological forma----11 emails I placed my oder with Factory Outlet Store.on 1-7-2021. I own 10 Engenious phones . They are a great product I received one of my 3 items within 1/12 weeks.... I called when the other 2 items didm not arrive at the same time. The second phone arrived weeks later...but not with the extra battery I ordered.. Freestyle 1 phone arrived solo. I called again They told me battery would be sent separately I still have not received battery as of 2-14 2021 As soon as the second phone arrived.... it did not work. I have 10 other Eugenious phones ...so I tested the battery in the phone... as well as the base. The battery and base were fine. I called AGAIN.... I was told to return only the phone with battery...since base was fine. I noted that the phone looked scratched up like it was reconditioned. I was assured its was a new phone. I was told I would receive a new phone once they received the non working phone...2 weeks I returned the phone as soon as I received the authorization slip Four weeks went by... I never received my phone replacement I emailed the company... from their confirmation email.Email is returned as it is a" non reply email" )You cannot reply in writing to their own email I called AGAIN Spoke with Mel He said they were going to send the phone out.... but they did not receive the base. I explained that the last CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON.... told me to return the phone. and battery only.. which I did. MEL told me he would get back to me in 2-3 hours regarding sending the new phone He did NOT I also gave him my email ....asking him to respond in writing He did NOT 20 As of February 14th 2020... I have still not received my battery from my original order as promised...nor the replacement for the broken phone Freestyle #1 21-Their REVIEW LINKS... DO NOT WORK I have filled a complaint at American Express. The Dept of Consumer Protection,... Engenious Products in CA.... and placed many consumer reviews on line. The watch band product description is inaccurate and did not fit my tactic watch. I contacted customer service at the Factoryoutlet and they offered no help and I was stuck paying to send it back. I would not recommend the Factoryoutlet to anyone. Terrible customer service and return policy!! Added 2/17/21: A "Full Refund" would include the $8 for return shipping that I got stuck with for an item that is listed as working on a watch that it does not. I was told by Factoryoutlet customer service that they would not cover return shipping even after they admit the band will not work on my watch. Just wrong!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY/SITE. Bought an item; they shipped a broken one. Was a hassle to return. They agreed to replace. We had to pay to ship it back, even though it was defective. Then they charged us a re-stocking fee and refused to send us a new one! 100% RIP-OFF, IMHO. UPDATE: After a very threatening letter, they agreed to refund.

THIS SITE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR. THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THE HELL THEY ARE DOING AND VERY MUCH DISRESPECTFUL. THE ONLINE ORDER NOR THE PHONE PERSONELLS HAVE NO MANNERS. KELLY TOLD ME TO BUY SOMETHING THAT FITS NOTHING TO THE DESCRIPTION I GAVE HER AND DEREK CAN'T ANSWER QUESTIONS THEN HAVE THE NERVE TO HANG UP THE CHAT ON ME... I AM VERY DISPLEASED FOR A PLACE THAT HAS BEEN AROUND FOR SO LONG AND MANY COMPANIES USE IT

Ording was easy don’t do PayPal got scram too many times that why I use my bank card thank you have to go to threw too many pages

This site was not helpfull I was ordered an item of customer id #99099 on date 01/02/2021 but it was defective and defferent but when I was going for return and refund not any steps for my refund pls help me.
