bought unit and it was easy on their site and price was ok

new unit- first address entered came back as does not exist but it does since I know who lives at the address tried to order different mount one place says it works with all via units and another place the unit have is missing from the list. I have a VIA 1515 TM. I also have another unit XXL with lifetime maps but when you try load new maps you can't because it says not enough space and to delete something which i don't know how to do. I am on my 3 ed TOMTOM and if the mount I just ordered don't work it will be my last... thanks .

Competitive price and free shipping of this small battery swayed me to placing the order. I almost backed out when the online order form would not take my phone number. The error message was not clear. It would have been better to show the format required for the phone number.

Looks trustful but it's my first time to order with them so I have some reservations.

This is my second attempt to purchase this item. The first attempt resulted in contact with customer service indicating the item was out of stock. The representative was difficult to understand.

Terrible Experience - I bought 3 water filters for my refrigerator on 3/16/2017. My refrigerator "Replace Filter Light" just came on today and I went to replace my filter and the filters I bought from FactoryOutletStore does not fit. My order states the correct part number on it that was given to me by Jordan today on the phone from customer service. However the parts that were sent to me are not the correct part number and they will not fit my refrigerator, so the invoice I received has the correct part number on it but I was sent the wrong part number. I purchased 3 filters a year ago for $47 plus tax and now I cannot use them. I was told that there was no way to exchange the filters I bought because the order is over one year old. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was never allowed to speak with anyone other than Jordan. I will never do business with them again... Terrible Customer Service! 4/28/2018 UPDATE: Jessica from FactoryOutletStore.com contacted me on 4/6/2018 and exchanged the filters for me. The new filters work perfect and my complaint was satisfactorily resolved. Thanks for your willingness to work with me. I will order filters from FactoryOutletStore.com.
