We ordered new heads with lots of…
We ordered new heads with lots of explanation to be sure that we were getting the correct heads. When they arrived, we were sent a set of heads that I had never seen before. They could not be used.

Chat was slow and not helpful. Price for the same sensor, with different length chest straps was $12 different, even though both were list as a hot deal, only one was.
