We found that you returned 1 fishfinder back but we did to get any notification if it was for an exchange or refund. Hence, based on our policy, a refund was issued deducting a restocking fee. Since receiving the complaint, we have waived off the restocking fee and also added a free FPP on the other fishfinder.
