Necessary head protector not included at first, but corrected
Got the shaver. Doesn't include a plastic protector for the head. It is an essential element as was included with other shavers I have purchased. Have spend an addition $10 for it. A stunt! Not good! Changing review to 4 stars. They called. Fault not theirs. Remington does not include the protective shield, even though their instructions call for using it! Have to buy separately! Like getting an airplane seat, but have to spend extra for the bottom cushion!! Factory outlet agreed with me and is sending me the protective cover I had to order separately and promises to refund the $10 charge.

The only downside was when I bought a new GPS I received (by email) a discount code that I could use when I purchased accessories. I purchased accessories but nowhere did it allow me to enter the discount code to receive the discount
