UPDATED....Honorable Company!
UPDATE: This company has surprised me. I was contacted within one day by a manager concerning my order and frustrations. This company truly cares about its online reputation and offered me a deal to continue with my order. I order a lot of products online and it means a lot to me to have this kind of attention when there is an issue. Everyone makes mistakes, it's all about how you correct mistakes that matter most. I will update again once the product is received. I placed an order for a Minn Kota Trolling motor and was informed after ordering that the item was on backorder. I wanted to cancel. Customer service offered me a free extended warranty if I didn't cancel the order and that my item would be available within 15 days. I agreed. Then my card was charged again for the new order. Long story short, they are holding up funds on my credit card with pending charges.

High price
It would seem that I could have acquired my ear tips at half the price elsewhere. Nevertheless, I prefer to buy from the manufacturer.
