I ordered an electric shaver from you on 4/25. The wrong product was sent to me (a battery). When I called to state I received the wrong product, I was asked to send pictures of what I got. I sent the pictures three time (over a week period). Never heard back. When I called to follow up, I was told I would receive a return label to return the incorrect product. Only once they receive the stinking battery they sent incorrectly, they would INITIATE the process of sending what I ordered and paid for weeks ago! I have asked for a refund, that I don’t know when I will get. This is just horrible customer service. You folks make a mistake and I as the customer have to pay for your mistakes. I would NEVER EVER order anything from you again. ORDER No. FOS11357281E Increadible you run a business like that. You should think about your CUSTOMERS! Hope the CEO, CFO, CMO and all C level executives get to read this as well as all customers. SIMPLY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!

If I could have 0 stars I would. Worst customer service ever. I order some filters 3 weeks ago. They were supposed to be out for a 2 to 5 day delivery. 3 weeks later and I still have yet to receive them. I called customer service to speak to a manager and file a complaint and they hung up on me. The representative told me that the product was on back order and i told him that I didn't receive any notice when I ordered them. In fact I had to email them a week after I placed my order and they said they forgot to put the order in.

I was supposed to order a combo of Dogtra transmitter and receiver. My bad, that I ordered only a transmitter. Upon realizing my mistake I asked for a solution, which I believe would have been to send me a receiver and I would have paid the price difference. The individual prices were double of the combo price. I returned the item for an exchange. They sat on the returned product for over a week and gave me a bunch of excuses for the delay in doing the exchange. I told them that I had spent an obscene amount of money on training a puppy that is not mentally well and I needed the product asap. They were going to take another 5-7 business days to ship the product. I asked them to refund me my money and I bought it on Amazon who delivered the product the next day. I got my refund money today and it is less by $25. I don't have the energy to call and argue with them. I will not buy from this place again.

Bait and switch advertising! There website shows a 120 night comfort guarantee on every single page -- however, they don't actually offer this. It's only 30 days for the majority of their mattresses. Now they refuse to honor what was advertised.

STAY AWAY, pricing is typically decent but India/offshore poorly trained customer service is industry WORST. Many other purchasing options are available that provide better service. Frankly, they are brand killers with horrendous policies and service. You have been warned!

I ordered a hummingbird helix 7 and when order was placed it said seven in stock, When I had to call a week later I was told 7-10 days before it came into stock a few days latter they toke my money out of my account, Again I had to call they said 24-48 for a tracking number to find out a week later still not in stock and my money back after call. then a few days latter more money taking out of account and again I had to call to find out what was going on, And was told it was going to be another month, To sum it up they do not let you know about your product or your money they like keeping you in the dark Very dissatisfied with the customer service. Cancelled order and now going through company.

Worst electric shaver i have ever had in my life. This shaver is powerless. When fully charged i can only get 2 or 3 shaves before needing a recharge. I'm not talking about 2 or 3 shaves removing a full grown beard, etc. I'm talking about a few days of "stubble." I mailed the original shaver back to Phillips. They send me a replacement ( after being grilled and questioned as if i was a complete moron that doesn't know how to simply recharge a shaver ) and the replacement was the same as the original. POWERLESS POS. Phillips makes a great electric TOOTHBRUSH but their electric shavers are junk. I will not ever buy another one (Phillips brand ) or recommend one to anyone.

the absolute WORST customer service on the face of the earth from this place. Ordered what I thought was NEW Magellan GPS with accessories. Wall charger was not in box. Also when I went to put in some addresses on the GPS, the streets would not even come up although I know they have been there for years. Obviously OLD item. Also for over $300 order, I never received a hard copy of a manual. Requested that too and rep told me that I would have to download it. Unbelievable as absolutely no instructions came in the box or even a notice to tell me this information. Called customer service and spoke with man who identified himself as the "supervisor". Either he was toying with me or was an absolute IDIOT. Never got resolution except to tell me after almost a fully 1/2 hour of being on hold or repeating same info over and over with this guy that I needed to call another number. When I asked his name, he rudely hung up on me. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SITE - you will regret it like me.
