It was off the wall when it came to…
It was off the wall when it came to getting the payment finalized. I had to go thru the checkout process twice, and I'm still not sure it's done right. Shouldn't have that type of trouble after I've already agreed to buy the phone. Need to talk to your interface partners about that.

Don't expect any order updates just inbox full of wanting to sell you more
2 Weeks since I placed a order. I never received any order updates. Emailed company a few times asking on a update on order. Never received reply. Today called and foreign call center said product on back order. It would have been nice to know this 2 weeks ago since I need the item now not who knows when! After I wrote this review I was told by their foreign customer service that magically The order they had no idea when it would be in was shipping and I would have by the date I was requesting refund. The battery arrived and does work. So all in all it is ok ..It did arive and works.
