Upon receiving your complaint, we launched a full review of the order. Upon investigation, we found that your order was placed on 03/30/2021 for a Trolling Motor and a quick-release bracket. Unfortunately, the Trolling motor is back-ordered due to supply chain disruption. Currently, our factories have been experiencing a delay in shipping and production due to material shortage. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and share in your frustration. The ETA for the Motor is 06/07/2021 and once the Motor is shipped, we will notify you with tracking details.
