Buyer beware - no customer service
Product received was not in manuf box and missing parts. Contacted support -nearly a week later, was told to send pictures. Will not buy from this store again.

Didn't have the item in stock and didn't say so
When I ordered this strap, they did not tell me that they were out of them. After 6 days I initiated a chat with them and they told me it would be another10 days before they received their shipment. I cancelled the order and found it for $40 dollars less on Walmart arriving in two days. I won't bother ordering anything from them again.

This site is AWFUL!
This site is AWFUL!! The information on the site is not accurate!! Site says they have items in stock and do not... when you call to confirm, they LIE and tell you it is in stock. After placing the order they send you an email stating it is backordered. Then a few WEEKS later, I called back to get status, they LIED again about the status and told me it would ship the next day. Call again to confirm and they LIED again. I'm writing my next letter to the BBB. This is ridiculous!! I would stay as far away from them as possible!! Almost 4 weeks since the original order, I still do not have my item and they have offered me nothing for wasting my time.

Ordered a minnkota trolling motor in feb with no communication int arrived may 24th..trying to return is horrible experience and I have to pay shipping and restocking..think again about these folks

Shipping sucks …
Shipping absolutely sucks over 4 weeks to receive product. How is this possible when amazon can get it to you in two days. Strongly recommend purchasing elsewhere.
