Factory Outlet continues to advertise the Norelco Multigroom 5100 electric shaver, sends out emails touting this product, but our order from 10/21/2018 is still on backorder. When checking my order status online, it shows my order has been processed and awaiting a tracking number. I called into Customer Service, and they indicated it is still on backorder, no idea when it will be back in stock, and dismissed what the website indicated. Just a big run-around. Trying to purchase this for a family member's Christmas gift that needs to be shipped early - getting nowhere. Will be cancelling my Norelco order.
