Very good pictures that need to be able to enlarge by customers.
Very good pictures, but do not see a way to make them bigger. Great selection, but only good pricing. Was expecting much larger discounts, clearance items and refurbished items. Did not see these.

not a good outcome-didn't go well
ordered a sat nav on 28 April. told when i inquired a few days later that it would be 2/3 business days nothing arrived. On 9 may some few days after making an inquiry through Paypal was provided with just a tracking number shipped by 'other' Eventually found the carrier; the tracking referred to related to an item dispatched by Amazon 2 months earlier to a place in Stanmore. . Had to make the matter a claim with Paypal. Then received a message from FactoryOutlet saying my 'ticket' had been resolved & the case would close in 48hrs. Still had not received the item. The claim was finally settled by Paypal. Then I received an email from factoryoutlet saying there had been some sort of order mix up & did i still want the item.. Now as it was over a month since placing the order decided to take the refund from Paypal .A thoroughly terrible experience POST SCRIPT: as a result of my review FactoryOutletStore [FOS} have contacted me firstly to aplogize and then to explain that there were technical issues with security and a 'bug' in this transaction which they will look into. FOS say they were planning to refund me on the 31st. May, but this would have been 2 days after PayPal were closing the case. I acknowledge their response so have made this review more neutral, but i can't say it was either good or satisfactory outcome for me.

Ordered two Honeywell Merv 13 16x24x4…
Ordered two Honeywell Merv 13 16x24x4 furnace filters. Two problems - Shipped by FEDEX who partially crushed the shipping box deforming the two filters. These were not inexpensive, so am filing a claim with the Factory Outlet Store. Factory Outlet responded promptly to my claim and is providing a full refund.
