I recently returned an Apple Watch 6 that I had purchased as new. Sadly, the watch was absent of functionality upon opening the box. After contacting customer service, they issued me a return label, which I promptly used to send the watch back. However, I was unpleasantly surprised to receive only a partial refund of $200, despite my expectation of a full refund. As a consumer, I believe that this decision was worth reconsidering, especially since I had requested an exchange, which was unfortunately denied. The next day, after placing a complaint, they refunded the additional funds that they withheld.
