Sebastian found what I needed, made note of my complaint that the print on the bottom of the charger is too faint, and led me to the right page. All I had to do was complete the transaction.

Upgraded Satisfaction
Jennifer the customer relations manager reached out to me with a phone call today. She wanted to understand & see if there was anything that she could do rectify my complaint. After I explained my frustration, she apologized, she understood the reason for my average review. She even told me they were going to be more proactive in making sure this doesn'the slip by again. Since I had a standing order that was on it's way to be delivered, she offered to refund my purchase...which has been done in speedy fashion. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Can't really review a product I haven't rec'd yet!
I expressed a concern about only 2 reviews to the Chat person "Ashley" and she said "relax Bev. We have a 30 day return" I didn't think it was necessary to hear "relax Bev" but no biggie. Maybe I was just annoyed.
