It said storewide discount, and we didn't get any discount for such a large purchase! Very disappointed! Why say there's a discount if you aren't going to give one!?

I have not even received my order yet and I wish I had not used this company. I have been misinformed from the 1st phone call. I will never order from them again. Product knowledge poor. Placed the order. They got it wrong. Called to correct it and OMG! Told me would ship the day I placed the order. It did not. It still hasn't. Sent me an email advising me of tracking number WITHOUT A TRACKING NUMBER! Called to get tracking number was advised had not been shipped yet again! Only a label was created. God I pray I actually receive what I paid for. Never never again will I order from here.

Got emailed saying the billing address was wrong. Emailed the right one, and they still cancelled my order.

I have been a amazon user but i like to try other company's. I'm very disappointed with your service. I place my order on Saturday spoke to a rep on Sunday was told i would received my order Wednesday no later than Thursday. After not receiving it on Thursday i called and was told it should arrived on Saturday. order

I 1st tried the website & couldn't find what I was looking for, so I called. The young man I talked to told me I couldn't order the item I needed which is the car charger for model number RM9612T-LM from the website, and also the company site no longer allows the use of pay pal. So I had to get the chargers which I wanted 2 as mine was stolen out of my truck. And I was getting a spare. I gave him my information name, address and card information. I decided to see if you still carried my GPS, then I found the INFORMATION on your site!!!! I can still use pay pal... I called and cancelled the order, told the person about the above issue. And he said I was charged only for 1 yet the man who took my order stated I was charged for 2, 43.90. what's going on is he ripping me off? The person I talked to cancel the order said he would turn it over to his supervisor. That does not fix the problem....I am having TRUST issues and I use this company in all my cars.

Placed an order with factoryoutletstore.com never received it. Called 3 times, they said the problem was me. I cnxed order and asked for a refund. Still waiting for refund, but not holding my breath. Bad business people make it bad for all of the rest of us. I would give this a one star but couldn't find anything that low
