5 stars for Stacy and customer service and FOS; And zero stars of plantronics C3225
My experience with this web store was 100% excellent; STACY the customer service was wonderful customer service representative because they honor the warranty and 100% refund for one item and its replace; Means right now there are 2 items in the trash and my refund is on the way. I bought 1 refurnished plantronics C3225 headset (micro is in front of the mouth) and in my phone calls people told me that they can not ear me properly or at all...The store replaced with other free cost and non return; The second item had the same problem; I spoke with Stacy and she told me that I can trash the product and my refund will be done in some days...5 stars for Stacy and the FOS; And zero for this model of plantronics...I don think so the problem is because the product was refurnished, because in both the really main problem was the same...I will tray with other brand or model
