Horrible customer service and business practices!
I ordered a phone set that was switched for another one. When I called to report that I received the wrong product I was offered a different phone set that cost a whole lot more. I declined and was told that it was the only one with the features I wanted. I found another online as I was speaking to her and gave her the inventory number after which she informed me that it was no longer available. I asked for a refund and a return label which I got in my email. I have to pay the postage to return a product that is not what I ordered! This is unbelievable! Why should I have to pay to return something that was switched from product I did want! By the way I went back online and placed said "unavailable" product in my cart and went through the motions of purchasing it. Not one time was I informed that the product was unavailable! Or maybe it would have been switched also! Needless to say I did not purchase it from this website.

Said my paypal wouldnt go through because the total amount was 0 dollars. Hit it 2 or 3 times I am hoping your site didnt charge me all those times.
