Way too complicated; you can't order what you want for all the pop mups deal for this, deal for that.

I ordered a Garmin activity tracker (refurbished) & it only worked for 2 months. you can't talk to anyone live on customer service. their recording says email them. I emailed them & they answered once to say give them order #. i gave them order # & they never responded. I will never order from them again.

First if possible they should get a negative -1 rating. I called to tell Factory Outlet that the emails they sent to my inbox had an offer for a Waterpik unit at $39.99 but when I clicked on it their website said it was $59.99. Talk about ignorant or gaslighting. They acted like they didn't understand at all. I called 3 times two of the Cu agents didn't even know what a Waterpik dental unit was. They said they didn't even sell it. Well Waterpik is on their website. This I thought was a good company until a month ago. Sad.

I purchased two filters for my refrigerator in November of 2020. Unaware that they couldn't be returned after six months. This wasn't the first time I had ordered them. I recently bought a new refrigerator and gave the old one to my daughter and she has no water available. I was planning to use this source for my new refrigerator but now I will seek another source. The purchase was not planned.

I ordered 2 water filters and they sent the wrong filters. Called customer service 4 times and the rep told me that I received the filters I ordered. If so, why am I calling to exchange the filters? Just so frustrating and such a run around. I decided NOT to exchange the filters because they couldn't even confirm that it was in stock and never admitted to sending the wrong items. They still have my money, but I finally received the FedEx return email. Please do NOT do business with this company! I found my filters on eBay for slightly less with great reviews. There are numerous fake filters being sold.

I bought a fishfinder last year on amazon, not realizing it didnt include transponder. today i was waiting 25 min for tech support. then i was told item i wanted was out of stock. then to chat, where i was told item was IN STOCK. next i will get email saying it is out of stock. i wont deal witha company that has so few lines for tech support and with incorrect information and so many lines to order. your company will get '0' business from me in future. ray tartakoff

Absolutely horrible customer service and dishonest. I ordered a cannon uni troll 5 6/3/21 and was told I would receive the product by the end of the month. June came and went. In July I called customer service and they told me that if I upgraded to the cannon uni troll 10 I would receive it in 7-10 days because the product is in stock. I paid for the upgrade. I have now found out that despite what I was told, the upgraded product is now back ordered and delivery date is unknown. Dishonest and unethical! Buy elsewhere.

Customer service is a joke! Had to order another item after first one was said to have been on national backorder by Nicholas who then promptly disconnected the call. I attempted to call back three times, no answer. Then I receive an email from FEDEX saying item will be delivered Saturday july 10. Only problem is the item shipped to the wrong address. Tried customer service again, spoke with Deana and was placed on terminal hold right up to the moment the call was disconnected. Then called again and could not glean the name of the female that answered the call only to be placed on terminal hold for a second time. Seriously considering ripping the whole works out and going with Garmin, Simrad, Humminbird, anything except Lowrance!
