I ordered an easy walk harness and when…don’t go by their sizes for pets
I ordered an easy walk harness and when I looked for weight and size, there was only S, M, L. My dog is wearing an easy walk harness in size M which fits 14-21 lbs. dogs. When I received the harness it was too large so I returned it to the company paying shipping of $8.00. Today, I notice a credit of $18.58. The price of the harness was $26.00. Asked what happened and was told I was charged a return fee and a restocking fee of 15 percent. I was not informed of this - nothing was said on the return form they sent me. So this was a very expensive harness THAT I DO NOT HAVE! Update: I have heard from FactoryOutlet and they have apologized for the problem I had and refunded my entire balance.

So far so good ordering went smooth. Be sure to read exactly what your getting I did miss that the add did not state with a transducer. I saw the picture showing the wire for it and thought it came with it. My fault and I can live with out it. Shipping was a little slow, it took a full week to receive the motor. I have mounted it but have not been on the water yet.
