this is the first time I placed a order

Very hard to read the Garmin model number on back of the unit. The original charger had a USB mini connector that broke off because the USB connector was not at a 90 degree angle the the cable and was always bent while using, with contributed to the breakage. Now I got to purchase a new charger in total.

I order the Plantronics K100. Think it would come with a charger. Only came with a car charrger and not a wall unit charger. i had to order the wall unit for the 110 volt wall unit and not the USB charger. Still cheap, but would have been nice if the packet would have it in it.

need more specifications on products where the size of the product maters.

Was looking for a GPS for my car. Found this site which offered the one I wanted (Garmin Smartdrive 61) for far less than what other sites were selling it for - including Amazon. Got some help with chat to go over what I wanted and some help making sure I was getting the right GPS for my needs. Chat was a little slow, but helpful. Ordered the Garmin, and while they said it would be here within a few business days, it actually took about a week. Regardless, I received the GPS and got it all set up. It's really easy to use, The screen is big like I wanted. Yes, it's refurbished, but I've had pretty good luck with refurbished items that I've purchased over the years. I will definitely use this site again for future purchases if they can continue to beat the price of other competitors.
