Beware of return policy
I'm rescinding the 1 star I initially gave FactoryOutletStore.com. After reviewing my complaint and concern they issued a 100% refund of my purchase. I will return to their store in the future when I'm shopping again. Thank you. Beware of return policy! Not only do they charge you the 15% processing fee they tack on what they term "their shipping cost". My return shipping was $9.90 USPS, for the corded slim-line telephone ($39.95). They charged me $15.97 FedEx shipping. COME ON!!!!!!! With corporate shipping discounts from major carriers they probably get at least 62% discount. Their actual cost was probably about $6.50. After complaining to customer service they did agree to refund the processing fee ($5.99). Be aware if you return you will get screwed.
