The process was fast and simple

easy to navigate thru.

no time maybe next time

You dumped me half way through the second time, but was easy the second time I tried!! Wish I could find these small 2-4 cup size filters in the grocery store - did once. Much easier.

Smooth transaction

I used a chat session to find what I needed. The agent took several minutes to look up the correct replacement for my sonicare toothbrush heads. He assured me they would work even though the number did not match. Last year I ordered a set of replacement brushes but they would not stay locked onto the toothbrush. I hope these will be better as they are more expensive than the ones that would not stay locked.

Not the cheapest, but reasonable once you figure in shipping. the shipping time is difficult to understand with conflicting offers, but last time i got here pretty quick. No surprises and got what i wanted.

Needed help in finding Item from last week and texted help and I described the item and she found it right away and sent me a link to the page. Excellent service.
