My opinion of Factory Outlet Store is very good and trustworthy.
My opinion of Factory Outlet Store is average as it has always sent my order as expected; I have never needed to return any items I ordered for any reason; I trust this source for purchasing by mail. Further, payments as scheduled are without confusion.

Ordered a Raymarine Cam200IP
Ordered a Raymarine Cam200IP. There product info says it works with Light house II. My Multi-function display has Lighthouse III. Call customer service they gave me Raymarines customer support number and told me the cam would need framework update that only Raymarine could do. Raymarine advised that if it operates with Lighthouse II it is also compatable with Lighthouse III. Would have been a 5 star if the customer service person was more knowledgeable.

Items I Wanted Found!
I checked other sites for some specific products, they didn't have the exact ones I wanted. So, this site had exactly what I wanted. Thanks.

Misled by service rep
when chatting with your service rep, Kane,I asked about ordering this GPS with the North American card rather than just the USA maps and he referred me to the NA card itself rather than this model that already comes with that card. I saved a substantial amount ordering the GPS with the North American card already installed. SO I didn't appreciate that approach to solving my request. Other than that prices and free shipping are good.

Don't waste your time on chat…
I tried to find an extra handset for my existing system, which says it is expandable to 12 handsets, I could not find it on the website so I chatted with Peter. He kept me on hold for over 30 minutes only to tell me they did not have extra handsets. Then why does it say it is expandable 10 12 if you can't get the handsets? I purchased one from the AT&T Outlet previously, but it failed so I wanted to replace it. I was totally unsatisfied with my chat and disappointed that they do not have the items I need.
