I put in an order and it was bounced…
I put in an order and it was bounced back twice. I contacted customer care and they would not listen to me to make the purchase to go through. With 3 phone calls, needless to say, I went to ebay to get my purchase. I will not make or try to purchase from Factory outlet again.

Not sure about Factory Outlet Store efficiency
I have had 2 experiences with this firm, both for high ticket items. The savings are good, but each time there has been confusion on their end requiring phone calls to clear up. The first time, they had not adequately communicated in their offer exactly which model #s were available and which were not. Ultimately, in spite of my specifying exactly what I intended to purchase, they delivered the wrong item, leaving me responsible for shipping charges to return it, and they were not able to fulfill my original request. The second time, again I was required to call them to “verify” my purchase, only to learn that the purchase had been “cancelled” due to some unidentifiable problem with my profile information. After investigation on my end, I’ve learned I cannot edit my primary PayPal address. I have moved to a new address, and the change in address short circuited something somewhere.

Sent me the wrong battery
Sent me the wrong battery. Now I have to mail back the one they sent me before they will refund my $. I ordered the correct battery again. Hopefully I will receive the correct battery this time.

Having a pop up appear every ten…
