Slow and Inaccurate
I ordered a Motorola 7 phone with "expedited" handling. It took 10 days to arrive and I tracked the package traveling all over the country, logging about 2,000 miles for what should have been a 900 mile journey. Then I found out that the charger they sent me did not fit, and they would not replace it after several phone calls. I had to get my own charger, I would not purchase from them again.

Ordered 3 batteries for my dog collar
Ordered 3 batteries for my dog collar, plus the 2 year protection warranty. One battery worked about 2 weeks, so I attempted to return it, but this company referred me to the insurance (protection plan) and the insurance company referred me back to the manufacturer. Catch 22 for the customer (me in this case) with no resolution other than to contact the manufacturer. I call a 3-way scam alert on this after being jerked around and left with a defective product sold by factory outlet store.

The model selection filter does not…
The model selection filter does not work. User manual is not always available for some models. It would be nice to have a chart showing the differences among the models. You really need to dig into the details in order to figure it out. I must say my shopping experience is less than happy. Garmin being the major GPS vendor around is like Comcast in cable TV, providing a needed product/service but pay little attention to customer needs.

BUYER BEWARE! Charged to return defective GPS
I bought a Garmin GPS and when it arrived it was defective so I returned it, BUT, the FactoryOutletStore kept almost $20 from my purchase (I guess due to re-stocking a defective item????) You state you "test" each item to assure it's condition, BUT, you sent me a broken "refurbished" item and then have the nerve to charge me for RESTOCKING & SHIPPING. sad! WHAT A SCAM & RIP-OFF! BUYERS BEWARE

Horrible customer service and shipping misrepresented
Horrible customer service and misrepresentation on their website for shipping. Website says 2-3 days free shipping. Have been waiting almost 10 days. They say UPS but it's actually UPS + USPS so no guarantee of when it will be delivered nor is it tracked. When I asked customer service they said 10 days shipping--so completely misrepresented. I should have just used Amazon for a few dollars more and gotten it the next day. Would not recommend
