easy to find what i was looking for

Update Tuesday: Slept on the mattress last night and loved it. No backache in the morning. Vere pleased with the mattress and the value. Update Monday 1/27/2020: the shipping company had many problems last week but the mattress arrived this afternoon and is fine. We are happy with the mattress. We found the shipping company, XPO, very difficult to communicate with. When you call you may hear this message "If you have been holding for more than an hour, you can use the queue callback. You will not lose your place in the queue." I did that twice Friday night, but both times that I answered the call back they hung up on me. I heard voices in the background, then click. First review: I am very unhappy with the delivery.  The communication is terrible. Its Friday night at 645 and the delivery isnt here  It was supposed to be between 130 and 530. No one called about the delay and when I called 3 times, it was hard to talk to a human and when I did, they couldn't reach the warehouse to learn anything. The original message from the shipping company was that it would be delivered on Wednesday, not Friday, but a "tree fell on the truck" and they had to stop deliveries. It turned out a tree branch fell on the truck, but in any case they couldn't deliver the mattress. So we rescheduled for Friday, and the message said it would be between 1:30 and 5:30 with 30 minutes notice from the driver. I did have two very nice calls with Shea at the warehouse in Savannah, and she was delightful and helpful but not in total control of events.
