I placed an order for a supposedly "in stock" item. The order was reportedly "processed," but the promised shipping confirmation/tracking info was still outstanding after 8 days. When I called to inquire, I was told the item was OUT of stock and back ordered. The problem is, the item has been out of production for some time (I only placed the order with FactoryOutletStored because they claimed to have it "in stock") -- thus, the supposed back order would NOT be able to obtain the discontinued item from the manufacturer. I cancelled the order, but wished they'd let me know right away and without my having to follow-up. They also had gone ahead and charged my account, even though the item was back ordered -- highly irregular. And, for the record, the item is still shown as "in stock" on the FactoryOutletStore website.

Calling to order was a nightmare your people need to speak and understand ENGLISH... ordering on line was GREAT

Web site was easy to use for my radio purchase. I do not like the fact that they do not offer any big truck style antennas. If you are going to sell a CB radio why not sell all the required items needed to install and use it.

Very Poor supplier. They sent wrong material and wanted to charge a restocking fee plus return shipping. After several emails and a phone call, they agreed to waive restocking fee but not the $34 cost to ship product back. I'll never do business with them again and warn others to reconsider ordering product here. UDPATE 9/6/19 After posting above review and additional emails and calls, customer service staff, Jessica, agreed to have return shipping reimbursed. We have received a check for this cost. At the end of the day, it took a lot of effort to reach a point of no product but no cost. Their price initially looked less than Amazon, which is why I tried them. However, their product is undersized and I would need a 20 x 25 x 5 filter to be equal to the 20 x 25 x 4 from Amazon, so Amazon ended up being cheaper and much easier to deal with.

Lowrance needs to come up with a better idea for the triple shot transducer. I have broke 2 at the top of the transducer below the mount, it is not made for 50+mph. Now I cant even use side scan, Changing all electronics to Hummingbird..

I still have not received my complete order which began February 2019. I have contacted Factory Outlet Store several times. After several contact attempts I was given a ship date of April 2019 for the final shipment but that did not happen. I contacted Customer Service this past week but am not holding my breath until I receive their answer.

Advertised discounts were not applied, with no explanation. I tried on-line chat to learn why the discounts were not applied, and was only told, "it's not available." If it's not available, take it off your website !

Too much information... hard to select links are very very slow. Unable to chat because wait time was too long.No one ever responded!
