I purchased 13 Motorola clp1040 radios with chargers and earpieces 11 months ago. Spent just under $3,000, I just had a radio and 3 earpieces fail within the last 30 days. According to the customer service person at Factoryoutletstore.com the 2 year warranty is not thru them. I must contact Motorola to replace the failed units. Sounds fine to me. So I call Motorola and they say that they cannot replace the failed units without the order information that only Factoryoutletstore has!! I cannot use my order info and I cannot attain the numbers needed from factoryoutletstores. With that being said, the warranty is a lie. Just for giggles I called factoryoutletstore and spoke to a sales person and asked about the two year warranty and I was told that they do indeed have a two year warranty and that they would take care of me if there were to be a problem. Wow!!! Someone has a problem with integrity!!

The prices are certainly good, but hope you never have to work with their customer service. Ordered a smartwatch through them. Barely worked - battery life was way below what was advertised (draining 10x faster). Sent it back for a replacement, suddenly every excuse under the sun appeared - 'we don't operate in the UK' (it's a UK phone number), 'that's an invalid order number' (I have correspondence with them where they knew exactly what order I was talking about), and rudely hung up on me midway through without even describing what was going on. I tried to call back and they hung up on me as soon as I started speaking! After a while they finally got back to me via email, and replaced my watch with a functioning one. The customer service was so bad to the point I was convinced it was a scam - certainly didn't fill me with trust. In the end we got there, though.

Site stated free shipping for $21 car charger but when attempting to use Paypal a $36 shipping charge added!

Would prefer to write review after order is delivered and in use.

Lowrance Hook 2 7TS. We recently ordered a Hook 2 7TS with navigation and charts. However we were never told, nor does it state on the product description, that we would need an additional mapping card at a cost of$140 or more depending on your region. We have an older Lowrance unit that came with all the charts we needed. Their website does not state anything about the charts. You get Base Charts and have to order mapping charts if you want more details. Base charts give land location. We live on a canal and it showed us navigating our boat off land to the water. Customer service agents were nice and polite and tried to accommodate the inconvenience, but the company itself was not very customer oriented. Their website is misleading in respect to giving details about products or at least this product. The product itself is nice and we will get much use out of it when we receive the mapping card. Just a word of caution for the consumer.

Checkout is a big waste of time.

Ordered an item, received notification that item was preparing for shipping. 5 days later received a notice that the item is back ordered with no ETA. When I called the rep tried to sell me something else. Canceled the order.

contacted online chat for a specific answer and instead of verifying with as to whether the model number I ask about he daid he had already sent the package and just forwarded a web link. I already had the web site up and just needed clarification on the product # due it being multiple fit.
