Read the reviews! I received my phones on October 29, 2021. After a difficult time installing them, we had the main base phone work for 3 weeks total. None of the other phones will work with this base, but since we are 7 days past their 30 return policy, they won't do a thing. I am going to buy a replacement on ebay where I have the option to purchase a 1 year warranty. I think that 37 is a pretty short period of time to be able to use phones I paid over $600.00 for! Never trust this company, don't believe me? Read the reviews!

BEWARE - Horrible Customer Service
EDIT - 11.30.2021 - After leaving this review, I was contacted by the company. They are shipping me the missing pieces. Once I have an operational headset, I will follow up with another edit to this review. I ordered a headset 10.13.21. It arrived on time, but did not work. After my company helpdesk and the manufacturer both agreed it was broken, I paid out of pocket to return it and selected the option of getting a different product. Instead, they sent me the same product, but pieces were missing. After 3 attempts there is no resolution yet. Today is 11.29.21 and I still do not have a working headset.

I ordered a replacement charging cord…
I ordered a replacement charging cord for a Garmin Rino650 radio, but was sent a mini USB wall charger. In order for me to return the wrong product, I have to pay shipping and a restocking fee for a $17 item. It's almost pointless for me to return it after all of that is deducted, so they keep my money, I keep a charger that I don't need, and I still don't have a charger for my Rino!

Retune policy is too too short
Retune policy is too too short. This equiptment is expensive and difficult to install. And usually work. So getting products installed. Takes time. More than 2 months

Company from hell!!!
I order a Garmin gps and it broke after 3 weeks. I contacted factoryoutlet and was told ok to return it. They wanted to replace it with a different model but I said no and would order another model and told them which model i wanted to replace the original Garmin I ordered. I was told it would be delivered at the end of August. I received it Sep 2 and it did not come with the USB wire that was needed to download the current gps app. I had ot order it and pay additional money. It took a month to receive it. I was able up use the replacement Garmin for 8 days and it broke. I called them to complain and told them I wanted my money back and was told I could not get my money back because it was pass the 60 day limit. So I threw all in the garage. I am over this company.

This is a horrible site to purchase…
This is a horrible site to purchase from your better off getting it anywhere other than here. I received my purchase it appeared like it had been used no plastic like you would normally see it honestly looked refurbished. I immediately put it back in the box to send back because the amount of money I spent I wanted a clearly new item and this was not it. Well part of the return policy is a 15% restocking fee lol right I dont think so. Anywhere else they will give a full refund. Obviously they are so used to getting items returned they decided to make a profit in it. They kept 42.00 of mine for restocking they claim. DO NOT PURCHASE HERE IF YOU HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM YOU WILL NOT GET A FULL REFUND.

After I complained about AT&T handsets…
After I complained about AT&T handsets I bought from FatoryOutletStore the store said they issued a full refund to me. Not true. They did not issue a refund to me.
