Back-ordered item website said was in stock
Website said the item I was ordering was in-stock but it was not and was back-ordered. I had to order a replacement item that was in stock. The website should be updated to identify items that are out of stock. However, I must give high marks to Factory Outlet's customer service. They called me to apologize for the inconvenience this caused me and refunded me the difference in price between the original item ordered and the replacement item. They also promised to work hard to update their website in a more timely manner to show the correct inventory status of items on their website.
